So, I've finally caught up on Torchwood. And seeing as there is no one here to talk about it with, I figured I'd bring it to Gwen's journal! Also included, some speculation on what canon changes will be made to her RP here.

First and foremost, Torchwood needs to stop making me cry.

What an exhausting week for our pups, fellow players! Honestly, I don't know what to make of all of it quite yet. It was probably one of the most soul-shattered things I've ever seen on television, even if Gwen was lucky enough to make it through AND not lose the baby (believe me, I was pretty much expecting it from the moment we found out.).

Don't know what the heck they're thinking, killing off Ianto. And the ending? If there is a series 4, it's going to be interesting to see how/if they bring Gwen and Jack back together.

I'm sort of (again) stuck between a rock and a hard place canon-updating Gwen. Even with canon!pregnancy, I'm always feeling awkward writing babyfic. That, and who knows what it is? What they'll name him/her? If we'll ever even see Gwen and Rhys and baby again?

That, and it certainly isn't going to help me pull Gwen from this emo place she's been since Owen and Tosh died. If anything, things have got slightly worse for her, happy baby times or no, so it's kind of up in the air right now as to what I'll be doing about canon updating her journal.

In short, found the series to be horrifying, emotionally draining, slightly predictable in places, but all in all pretty darn good and riveting. And Lois Habiba for Team Torchwood, anyone? Gwen wants her on board, you can count on that.

What did you guys think, in terms of the episodes and how the events will effect your pups?

Expect spoilers in comments.

Nooo!

John's job here is done. :D

And that is pretty much it exactly, yeah.

It is incredibly epic and if we copyright it we will be very rich indeed. It must be done!

Not only that, but we're next door to each other! I've been in this house my entire life and that one for about a year, so yeah I do like this one. It's also a LOT better than living in the basement, which is what I was doing over there. Mostly it's just the they-didn't-clean-at-all factor that I'm having to deal with, and the fact that this house has no storage whatsoever. I swear I'm going to end up keeping everything in the kitchen. And my bedroom is currently the color of pepto-bismol. But hey, renovations are cool! Even if everything tends to go kerpow.

Alex also disapproves of mankind. :-(

John, never change. &hearts

Our riches are so close, we shall be unbelievably famous. Annnd I bet JB would totally jump at it. ;-D

Wow, pepto-bismol walls are kind of amazing. I bet you will enjoy painting over them! The trailer I lived in was completely filthy and tiny tiny tiny. I kept everything in the living room, and I hated cooking in the kitchen because their were mice. After that I didn't mind moving back in with my parents... at least they actually clean, even if we're cluttery and still have no storage space. :-/

So does Judas. D:

Oh, he never will. &hearts &hearts &hearts

We're gonna make the big bucks!

There's no mice here, thank heaven, but there were in my grandparents' house. Luckily I have a cat? But yeah. I lived off a toaster and microwave, the kitchen was in the 'not mine' part of the house. So glad to have a kitchen.

As does Camel, but he has many reasons to hate mankind.

Soon we will be rich, Hawky. What will we do with all that glorious money? Besides buy John Barrowman and James Marsters?

Mice are aaawwwful, I hate living in houses with them. And it's great you have a kitchen! I was pretty much living off of coffee and what my nana would cook for me at her house, lol.

Dude, you have a camel?

Personally, first thing I'm doing with that money is going to Dragoncon. And Gallifrey One. And finishing some costuming.

Ooo I am already going to D*con, but not going broke sure would be nice. And I'll go to Gallifrey One with you! And then I can buy the awesome jacket I need to make an Alex Drake cosplay. XD

That is pretty cool actually.

See, I'm completely broke, can't manage either. Need the porn money, clearly. Ooh, and I can buy lots and lots of fabric to work on my steampunk and pirates!
