Would you ever date someone outside of your own race?
This question has taken on new meaning for me. Human, yes. Time Lord, yes. Weevil, no.
When was the last time you told someone that you loved them?
This morning. It was Rhys, of course.
What genre of music would be torture for you to listen to for an hour?
Any amount of pop music, although someone was playing ABBA at work the other day and it wasn't that bad. I won't name names. You know who you are.
Do you still watch movies intended for children?
Not as often as I'd like, actually. All my time is spent watching reality television with Rhys. And sci-fi movies. He's got this thing about aliens, which, frankly, has lost its appeal.
What is your favorite movie trilogy?
Pirates of the Carribean. They are fun, aren't they? And Johnny Depp is fit. I won't deny it.
Were you anyone's first kiss?
One of my boyfriends in primary school. Though I don't know if you can count them as a boyfriend at that age!
How long after you shower do you walk around naked (or in your towel), until you decide to get dressed?
I'm in a towel about as long as it takes to get dressed. Always have to be ready.
Do you have a live CD?
No, never much cared for live versions of anything. But Rhys might have one, and since we are married I guess it's technically mine. But I haven't a clue what it is.
Any CDs you bought from Starbucks?
Yes, Rhys got me one of those Christmases mixes they make a few years back. I think it's still in the shrink wrap.
Do you own any Buddha?
I have a soft one that is squeezable. I think I nicked it from Andy.
What size bed do you have?
A queen, a believe? It was the biggest one Ikea had on sale, anyway.
How did you learn about death?
My cat, Daisy. But I didn't really understand until my Gran passed.
Do you think your parents expect too much from you?
They seem to expect what I can't be. I can't tell them what I've seen, what I've accomplished. They don't understand why I married Rhys. I think if they knew what I did, what my work was like and how hard I have fought for my life with Rhys, they might not expect so much more than I can offer.
Describe the last outfit you wore when you last kissed someone:
Oi, I wasn't wearing anything, actually!
Describe the last outfit that person wore when you last kissed them:
See above.
What is the worst way you've broken up with someone?
Oh, I broke up with Trevor Kendall over the phone. That was pretty rubbish.
Have you ever been in a situation where you really had to choose between a best friend and a significant other? If so, who did you choose?
I spent a long time fighting that. I didn't think I had to choose. And for a long time, I almost chose my best friend. But in the end, I think I chose Rhys.
What's the last thing you told someone that made them shake their head?
I asked Ianto if I could use his french press. It wasn't so much shaking his head as flailing like a nutter. But after the last time, I don't exactly blame him for saying no.
Which of your parents did you talk to last?
Dad. Mum's been avoiding my calls a bit since the wedding.

Date: 2009-02-26 06:30 pm (UTC)And I wasn't flailing like a nutter. Although after last time it really wouldn't be that surprising if I was.

Date: 2009-02-27 02:25 am (UTC)Again, really sorry about that. But I've never seen anything quite explode in that way, you have to admit it was a bit impressive.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-02-28 11:12 pm (UTC)I'm not sure impressive is quite the word I'd use... expensive, maybe.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-01 07:01 am (UTC)I told you I'd replace the bloody thing.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-01 10:22 am (UTC)You don't have to, I've managed to work it into the budget. I don't think I'll be able to if you break it again though.

Date: 2009-03-02 05:23 am (UTC)Jack gives you a budget for coffee makers? Fair enough, but I do wish he would budget in my shoes. I've had to bin three new pairs just this week.

Date: 2009-03-06 10:42 pm (UTC)Although moving in might be a good idea. It would save on fuel, at any rate.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-08 03:05 am (UTC)I don't think Rhys would quite like that idea at all. It would either be me moving out or him moving in with the lot of us, and I can only imagine the ways that would end up.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-08 07:56 pm (UTC)If we did we'd probably have to start having rotas for the showers, or something. And start paying a bit more mind to what we're doing and where.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-13 06:41 am (UTC)It would be great if you minded that kind of thing now. Or were at least at bit more diligent about erasing the CCTV footage.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-14 08:22 am (UTC)I do erase the CCTV footage! I'll admit Jack occasionally distracts me before I've managed to finish, but I'm pretty sure I get all of it in the end.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-16 05:46 am (UTC)You miss it about once a month. Not that I'm complaining, I need a bit of a laugh now and again!
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-16 12:44 pm (UTC)Oh God, I don't miss it that often, do I? At least tell me you turn it off as soon as you realise what it is.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-18 07:20 am (UTC)I will tell you I turn it off immediately, Ianto, since that is what you want to hear.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-18 10:21 pm (UTC)...how much, and how often do you watch? Really, I mean. Not just what I want to hear.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-19 07:35 am (UTC)Ianto, I'm just taking the piss. You've only ever forgotten twice and I turned it off before the clothes came off, I swear.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-19 07:48 pm (UTC)Well, that isn't too bad I suppose... Nothing you haven't seen before, anyway. Sorry if I came off a bit badly then. It's there are some things I'd just rather you didn't see.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-20 01:36 am (UTC)I'm sorry, I couldn't help but put you on a bit. Believe me, as flattered as I was by Jack's invitation to join naked hide-and-go-seek, I'm quite happy giving you two your privacy.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-20 05:59 pm (UTC)Don't worry about it. It'd my own fault for not being completely diligent in deleting the footage, even if you had seen more than that. I'll be more careful about it in future.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-21 07:09 am (UTC)Fair enough. And I promise I won't tease you about it, and I won't watch as soon as I've figured out it's just snogging and not alien invasion!
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-21 04:10 pm (UTC)If you were confusing me and Jack snogging with an alien invasion, I think I'd be a little concerned.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-23 04:24 am (UTC)You never know around here, though. I mean, think about it, how many people have we snogged that almost led to alien invasion?
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-23 08:10 am (UTC)Fair point, but I have my doubts we've been the cause of almost invasion. At least not directly.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-26 05:42 pm (UTC)I suppose it is more of a side-effect than a cause. Though, that first day I was here was most certainly my fault.
(no subject)
Date: 2009-03-26 06:16 pm (UTC)Well, we've all done that. You aren't really a part of the team until you've almost caused an invasion.
